was established in 1995 as a new product within the
Birchwood Homes line by Jerry Torczon. Birchwood Homes, Inc. founded in 1978 by Jerry Torczon.
Jerry’s vision for Woodland Homes was guided by the desire to build exceptional new homes in his
hometown - a desirable community that deserves quality homes. He wanted to include the details and
amenities customers want, but without the frustrations that seemed to be “built in” to the process
with other builders.
